Consultation-led dermal filler treatments designed to restore volume and enhance your natural facial contours — planned around your features, not a fixed template.
As we age, or simply due to genetics, certain areas of the face can lose volume and definition. Dermal fillers are designed to restore that volume and enhance natural contours — planned individually around your features, never as a one-size template.
Dermal fillers are injectable gel treatments used to add or restore volume in targeted areas of the face. Your provider assesses your facial proportions, skin quality and goals before recommending a plan — considered and gradual, rather than a dramatic single-session change.
Personalized facial enhancement based on your unique proportions
Can restore or add volume where appropriate
Helps define contours such as the cheeks or jawline
A gradual, considered approach focused on balanced results
Common areas include the cheeks, jawline, temples, under-eyes and nasolabial folds, though not every area suits every client. Many clients prefer a gradual approach — building volume over more than one session rather than all at once — which your provider can discuss with you.
Dermal filler treatments at Lioréa Lounge are administered by a physician with more than five years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, alongside a background in emergency medicine. Every treatment begins with a full-face assessment, planned around your individual anatomy and goals — the approach is to enhance your features, not change them, with an emphasis on natural-looking, long-term results.

How long your results last depends on the treatment area and the type of filler used, since areas that move more (like the lips) tend to metabolize filler faster than more structural areas. As a general guide: lips typically last 6 to 12 months, under-eyes around 9 to 18 months, and cheeks, temples, jawline and chin can last 12 to 24 months or longer, depending on the specific product used. Your provider will discuss what to expect for your specific treatment plan.
Treatment plans are built gradually around your features specifically to avoid an overdone result.
Most dermal fillers provide immediate volume, and you can safely return to your normal activities right after your appointment. That said, some temporary side effects are completely normal: swelling, which typically peaks within the first 24 to 48 hours, especially in sensitive areas like the lips, and minor bruising or tenderness at the injection points, which usually fades within about a week. The filler itself can feel slightly firm or uneven at first — it generally takes 2 to 4 weeks to fully settle and reveal your final result.
Fillers add volume and enhance contour; Botox relaxes the muscles responsible for expression lines. Some clients combine both — your provider can advise what's right for you.
Treatment should be postponed or avoided if you have an active skin infection, breakout, cold sore or rash near the injection site; if you're currently fighting off a significant illness like a sinus infection or the flu; if you have a known severe allergy, including to lidocaine, which is often included in filler formulas for comfort; or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, since safety hasn't been established for these groups. Your consultation will confirm your individual suitability.
Wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup. The small entry points from the injections need that time to close properly and reduce the risk of introducing bacteria to the skin. It's also best to avoid saunas, hot tubs, intense workouts or vigorous facial massage for the first 48 hours, to help keep the filler exactly where it was placed.
