Comfort-focused laser hair removal using Alma Soprano ICE Platinum technology, suitable across all skin tones, customized to your treatment area and hair type.

Shaving and waxing are maintenance. Laser hair removal is a plan — a series of sessions designed to reduce hair growth over time, so your routine gets simpler with every visit, not more complicated.
Using Alma Soprano ICE Platinum technology, laser hair removal targets hair follicles with controlled light energy while continuously cooling the skin for comfort. Settings are customized to your skin tone, hair type and treatment area, and the technology is suitable across all Fitzpatrick skin types.

Today I had my laser session with Sharon, and it was such a wonderful experience after some not-so-great ones before. I've tried a few places in the past, and honestly, I had already wasted several sessions elsewhere. But this time felt completely different. Sharon did not rush at all and explained every step of what she was doing in detail. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the session. The clinic itself is extremely clean, neat, and beautiful, and every staff member was very polite and welcoming. I also shared my health conditions and past surgeries with her, and she was very careful and considerate with how she treated me, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was the best laser experience I've had so far. Today we also had another session for nails with Simran, she is one of the sweetest people I have met who has done my baby shower nails so pretty.
My husband and I recently visited this salon for laser treatments, and I also got my hair highlighted. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The salon is beautiful and luxurious, the staff is professional and welcoming, and the results exceeded our expectations. I absolutely love my highlights! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium experience!!
Loved my experience! Staff was amazing and so helpful as it was my first time getting laser!! I will definitely be coming back :)
Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions to achieve optimal hair reduction. Laser can only target hair that's in its active growth phase, and since only about 10–15% of your hair is in that phase at any given time, multiple sessions are needed to catch every follicle as it cycles through growth. Facial areas are typically spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, while body areas are spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart.
Yes — Alma Soprano ICE Platinum technology is designed to be suitable across all Fitzpatrick skin types, with settings adjusted individually.
The continuous cooling technology is designed to keep treatment comfortable; most clients describe mild sensation rather than pain.
A few simple steps help ensure your treatment is both safe and effective: shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (the laser targets the root beneath the skin, and leftover surface hair can cause burns and waste the laser's energy); avoid waxing, plucking, threading or using an epilator for at least 4 weeks beforehand, since the hair root needs to be present for the laser to work; arrive with clean skin, skipping lotions, oils, perfumes or deodorant on the area; and limit sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks beforehand to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation.
Yes, absolutely. Shaving only removes hair at the surface and leaves the root intact, so it won't interfere with your next treatment. You should still avoid waxing or plucking between sessions, since those remove the root the laser needs to target. Give your skin 3 to 5 days after a session before shaving again.
Laser hair removal provides permanent hair reduction rather than complete, permanent elimination. Most clients see a significant, lasting reduction in hair growth after completing a full course, and any hair that does return tends to grow back finer, lighter and slower. Because hormonal changes over time — like pregnancy or menopause — can occasionally trigger new hair growth, an occasional touch-up session every 12 to 18 months helps maintain your results long-term.
